The aim of apprenticeship contracts is to enable young people to gain valuable professional experience, whilst studying towards a degree. Professionalization contracts aim to promote the recruitment of isolated people by allowing them to gain professional skills and help them access or re-access employment in the future.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"h8a9\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-h8a9\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h2 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Partnerships<\/h2><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-h8a9\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>In September 2016, <strong>ATALIAN<\/strong> signed a global partnership with the <strong>Paris-Dauphine University<\/strong>, aiming to foster the professional integration of students from Paris-Dauphine. This partnership perfectly illustrates the Human Resources policy of the Group: attract and nurture talent.<\/h5>\n<h5>As part of this partnership, <strong>ATALIAN<\/strong> will offer internships, apprenticeship contracts, international voluntary contracts, as well as temporary and permanent employment to Paris-Dauphine University students and young graduates.
