How long have you been working as an assistant at ATALIAN and what is your background?

I joined the Atalian Group in March 2012. Before that, I worked in the same position in a completely different sector. I worked in the medical field for 10 years.

 

What are your daily tasks?

My day-to-day job is to assist the Regional Director in carrying out his tasks, to act as an interface between the RD and his various contacts, both internal and external.
My role as executive assistant requires perfect communication and availability for all the commercial, operational and administrative teams in the Regional Director’s office in order to ensure smooth operations.
My mission, apart from the classic assistant role, is also to collect information for the head office in all forms (questionnaires, tables, surveys, etc.). It’s a ‘multi-function’ job, and that’s what makes it so interesting.

Do you feel fulfilled within the ATALIAN Group as an Assistant?

My job allows me to have a global view of the group and its different business units as well as their functioning. My satisfaction today is to be close to the teams, and to have succeeded in creating a good cohesion within our DR. Of course, there are difficult moments like everywhere else, but the advantage is that we can communicate and remain productive. All the staff of the DR know that they can come to me for any administrative or technical problem. As I often say, I am not just the assistant to one person, but the information relay for several people within the company.
